Name and Purpose
 Name
The name of the organization shall be Ajuong Sudanese Community (ASC). It shall be a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of New York.
Purpose
Ajuong Sudanese Community (ASC) is founded for the welfare and education of Southern Sudanese community, specifically:
To provide educational and medical support to suffering people living in Southern Sudan
To improve telecommunications and transportation systems in Southern Sudan.
To provide food to orphans, widows, and disable people living in Southern Sudan.
To help provide electricity, clean water and sanitation in Southern Sudan.
To promote unity and cultural activities in Southern Sudan
