Meetings of Members
 Regular Meetings
Ajuong Sudanese Community regular meetings of the members shall be held as many times as requested, at a time and a place designated by the officers. The meeting may be held on the phone, or a designated place.
Annual Meetings
A general assembly meeting shall be held once a year, except under circumstances defined in these by-laws. The boards shall designate the specific month, date, time and location of the meetings. At the annual meeting the members may elect board of directors, officers, Ajuong state representatives and committees; receive reports on the activities of the organization; and determine the direction of the organization for the coming year.
Special Meetings
The President, Vice President, Executive Directors, or a simple majority of the Board of Directors may call special meetings.
Notice of Meetings
Printed notice of each meeting shall be given to each voting member by e-mail, mail, fax, or phone not less than one week prior to the meeting.
Voting
All issues to be voted on shall be decided by a majority of those present at the meeting in which the vote takes place.
